HELLO CLASSMATES!

The “When I’m 64” Organizing Committee has been working hard to put together what we hope will be a great and memorable weekend in May!  To that end, we have some important updates to share with you:

1. Our Friday Night, May 8^th Welcome Gathering will take place from 6PM - 9PM at Jake and Joe’s Sports Grille at 70 Market Place Drive in Waltham. This is a “pay your own way” casual gathering for all classmates! Please join us if you are able -  even if you are not able to attend Saturday’s Main Event at the Weston Golf Club.
   
   
2. The Saturday Morning Tour of the High School will take place from 10AM – 11AM and be run by our very own Claude Valle! Please arrive at the high school five or ten minutes prior to 10AM and meet at the cafeteria. The tour will start promptly at 10AM. (This is also open to all classmates, and there is no fee.)
   
   
3. The time of the Main Event at Weston Golf Club on Saturday evening, May 9^th, has been changed and will run from 6PM-10PM. Cost is $125 per person for the evening featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres and dessert with a cash bar, music from our era and probably some dancing! No specific dress code has been set for this, but please note that Jeans and Tee Shirts are NOT allowed at the Club.
   
   
4. Payment for the Main Event should be made by April 15^th to Ed Coburn as noted previously, and please remember to note the dash in Ed’s Venmo address when paying via Venmo:  @Ed-Coburn (0168)
   
   
5. PLEASE NOTE: Weston Golf Club Bar will accept CASH ONLY! NO Credit Cards and NO ATM!! (We commend them for helping us recreate the year 1980!) PLEASE BRING CASH or you may find yourself quite thirsty by the end of the evening! Thank you!
   
   
6. LAST – We have an assignment for you all – whether you are attending or not! PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED QUESTIONNAIRE AND RETURN IT TO DAVID KEERY  at david@keerydesign.com  BY APRIL 15^TH!
